Hemp Canada Conference & Expo 2025 will again bring together producers, processors, retailers, academia, consumers, and government to share the advancements made and challenges faced by the Canadian hemp industry while driving Sustainable Futures.
Increasingly, Sustainability is a concern affecting many consumer decisions. Hemp is unique among other crops in that every part of the plant has utility and potential market value. With its resilience and variety, hemp can be a better long-term investment for the producer, the processor, the consumer, and the environment. For over 25 years, Canadian hemp production has positively impacted social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Support of industry partners has been key to this success.

Annual General Meeting Notice

For the purpose of:

1. Receiving the Annual Reports of the Directors;

2. Receiving the audited financial statements (March 31, 2025)

3. Appointment of auditors for the next fiscal year;

4. Election of Directors

All interested parties are welcome to attend. The annual general meeting is an in-person event and there will be no streaming options available.

Voting members have the right to one vote at each meeting of the Members.

Any Voting Member may, by means of a written proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act on their behalf. A proxy holder must also be a Voting Member of CHTA.

All inquiries for Director Nominations should be forwarded to the Nomination Coordinator at Nominations@hemptrade.ca.

All nominees must be Active Member Voting Members as of October 18, 2025.
