CHTA TRADE SHOW PROGRAM

The CHTA is participating in high priority tradeshows in support of our members.  We have negotiated space in each show for members to attend and display their products alongside the CHTA.  However, the space is limited to the first four members to sign up for each show

Benefits for members attending an in-person tradeshow as part of the CHTA delegation

  • Attendance at the CHTA booth, show passes, dedicated table, display samples, distribute company PR materials, and meet prospective customers;
  • One pop-up banner can be displayed;
  • Company logo, name and email printed in the CHTA show brochure;
  • A display case for your products can be ordered (but there will be an extra cost);
  • Access to the trade lead database in advance of release to the general membership;
  • Participate in CHTA International Hemp Seminars with priority prospective clients at all “Agriculture and Agri-Food National Pavilion” tradeshows; and,
  • Save costs and time associated with all tradeshow registration, booth set-up, and logistics.

In order to participate in the tradeshows, companies must:

  • Be a CHTA member in good standing;
  • Be currently selling commercial food (food tradeshows), or construction/landscaping products (fibre tradeshows) derived from Canadian hemp;
  • Submit a completed Tradeshow Registration Form for each specific show with our Tradeshow Coordinator; and,
  • Pay the $1,000 participation fee for each in-person show.

We also welcome all CHTA Hemp Food members to recommend priority tradeshows that CHTA may consider attending in the future.  Your recommendations will ensure that CHTA focuses on the highest priority events.
