Proxy Voting - 
Unable to attend? Each CHTA voting member in good standing has the right to appoint a person who is also a CHTA voting member to represent them at the meeting. Such right may be exercised by inserting the name of the person appointed into the Proxy form, listed below in Point 6.  
Proxies must be delivered to the CHTA office by email info@hemptrade.ca no later than November 11, 2024.
